Cancellation Policy
Acthound requires a 24-Hour Notice in writing to cancel a class, intensive, or showcase in order to receive a full credit that you can use toward another class at Acthound. Please note that if you’re canceling a weekend class all cancellations must happen before Friday morning. You won’t receive a credit if you cancel your class after the intensive starts. For our reel bookings, we require a minimum of a 7-Day Notice in writing to get full credit. If the reel is attached to a class we require a 7-Day Notice prior to the start of the class and not the shoot date.
If the Acthound industry professional cancels the class you will receive a full credit of the class that you can use toward any other class purchases. To use your credit please email us at class@acthound.com tell us which class you’d like to sign up for and we will manually apply the credit for you. If there’s any balance due you will receive an invoice that you will have to pay in order to register for the class.
PLEASE NOTE WE DON’T OFFER REFUNDS OF ANY KIND.
Make Up Classes
Make-Up Classes are on a case by case basis, and Acthound reserves the right not to offer make-up classes for any and all reasons.
Payments
To officially sign up for a class, visit our website or we can register you over the phone or by email. We require full payment prior to the class in order to register for any of our classes. We accept all major debit/credit cards and PayPal. Once you have placed your registration order, the responsibility to know which seminars you are registered for is yours.
Industry Professionals
Since our guests are preeminent industry professionals, there are occasional postponements, substitutions, and/or cancellations. We do not take responsibility for such schedule changes since they are out of our control. In the event of such schedule changes, we do our best to reschedule or replace a guest with an equal-level guest from the same or similar office but cannot guarantee any such replacement. Industry Professionals reserve the right to change the time of their class, scene prep, or anything else in regards to the class. If that happens we will notify you via email as soon as we find out about the change. Sometimes the class might end early if the capacity of students didn’t reach the full amount in that case you won’t be receiving credit or refund of any kind if that happens.

If you’re running late or can’t make it to the class please notify us ahead of time (earlier than 2 hours ahead before scheduled class). We understand that sometimes different events can delay your arrival, however, please understand that we must stick to our class schedule in order to be fair to all of our students and teachers.
